Description
Oxalis Kitchen is a beloved neighborhood café and bakery tucked inside the Poulsbo Kitchen Collective on Viking Avenue — a cozy, independently owned spot built around scratch-made food, locally sourced ingredients, and genuine community spirit. Owner Darice Grass started Oxalis at the Poulsbo Farmers Market in 2018 and has grown it into one of the most charming café experiences in Kitsap County. Each day brings an array of fresh pastries, sourdough bread, breakfast sandwiches, flatbreads, Asian rice bowls, soups, salads, and grab-and-go items — all made with seasonal, hyper-local ingredients and gluten-free and vegan options woven throughout. Specialty coffee, espresso, and tea round out the menu. On Saturdays from May through October, find Oxalis at the Poulsbo Farmers Market with their famous loaded focaccia flatbread. Online ordering and special orders welcome. Open Wednesday–Friday 7am–2pm.
