Kitsap County’s most unique Halloween event brings the egg hunt after dark. Thousands of candy-filled eggs — some glowing, some not — are hidden throughout Olmsted’s Christmas tree field, waiting for kids to find them by flashlight and glow stick. Three lucky Golden Egg winners take home a special prize each night.
Admission covers a full evening of fall fun beyond the hunt itself: a 30-minute family stage show, DJ dance party, trolley ride through the farm, candy grab, climbing hay tower, family games, bonfires, and a real fire truck to explore. Once buckets are full, brave hunters can wander into the Spooky Woods — family-friendly with a few haunted surprises, no blood or gore, and easy to skip if it’s not for your crew.
Each night features a different performer on the family stage: jugglers, comedy magic, and more (check the website for the night-by-night lineup).
Geared toward hunters under 13, with a dedicated area for the 4-and-under crowd. Ages 2 and under are free. Grab dinner on-site at the Snack Shack — pizza, nachos, pretzels, cotton candy, popcorn, and s’mores kits.
Tickets must be purchased in advance — this one tends to sell out, so don’t wait until the last minute. Rain, wind, or shine, no exceptions. Note: dogs aren’t permitted at this event.
