Once a year, Historic Downtown Poulsbo transforms into Ghoulsbo for one of the town’s most beloved family traditions. Front Street closes to traffic so little ghosts, goblins, and witches can trick-or-treat safely from shop to shop, with candy provided by Poulsbo’s own downtown merchants.

Expect a festive, family-friendly atmosphere with costumes around every corner, and merchants who look forward to this night all year. It’s an easy, walkable way to spend Halloween afternoon without worrying about sidewalks, traffic, or stranger-danger — everything’s contained to the heart of downtown.
