The concept is simple and genuinely fun: check in with the greeter, open a tap card linked to your credit card, grab a glass, and pour from any of 36 revolving taps. You’re charged only for what you pour — by the ounce — which means you can sample freely and discover something new without committing to a full glass. The rotating lineup spans Washington wines, craft beers, ciders, wine cocktails, kombucha, cold brew coffee, seltzer, and root beer, with a strong emphasis on exceptional Pacific Northwest producers alongside unique finds from around the country.

Beyond the taps, The Sip is a genuinely welcoming hangout space with pinball machines, shuffleboard, arcade games, and board games — making it a natural fit for groups, families, date nights, and everything in between.
