Wild for Wines

Don’t miss the 6th annual Wild For Wine, a food, wine and chocolate tasting event to benefit the West Sound Wildlife Shelter!

Enjoy an evening in rustic yet elegant surroundings while watching our amazing Pacific Northwest wildlife on the shores of Agate Passage and help raise crucial funds needed to help treat and feed our patients and wildlife ambassadors.

By attending Wild For Wine you will be an integral part of the Shelter’s mission to rehabilitate injured, orphaned and sick wildlife and give them a second chance at life! Meet our wildlife ambassadors in person and you can’t help but want to help these amazing and inspiring creatures. While attending Wild For Wine, savor a scrumptious 3-course meal masterfully created with locally sourced northwest ingredients, each course paired with a delicious regional wine. But save room because all of this is followed by a chocolate and wine pairing dessert featuring even more regional wines and decadent chocolates created by our own local chocolatier ChocMo Bistro.

There is nothing better (well, almost) than a wonderful community event.

And Poulsbo has 2 fun ones coming up this Friday and Saturday!

You’ll want to start your weekend off right, with Poulsbo Uncorked.  This annual event, Friday from 4-7p at Hudson on Viking, has been going for a few years now, and each year proves to be better than the last.  Local restaurants and caterers serve bites.  While breweries, wineries, distilleries, and cideries hand out tastings.

This paired with catching up with old friends, meeting new ones, even networking happens left and right.

You will need to purchase tickets.  To purchase online, go to the Chamber of Commerce’s website: Poulsbo Chamber.  Or pick up your tickets at any participating business.

With the ticket, you will receive a commemorative glass and drink tickets.  For details, click on the link in this e-blast.

Our second community event happens in Historic Downtown Poulsbo, starting at 6pm.  This fun is for the whole family.  Head downtown for some live music and dancing in the street, at Poulsbo’s annual Street Dance.

This weekend may leave you a little tired come Monday morning.  But it’s going to be epic!
