2025 Lighted Ships Parade

2025 marks the 56th year Poulsbo Yacht Club has brightened the holidays for our community with its “Lighted Ships Parade.” This wonderful event has become a holiday tradition on Liberty Bay and surrounding waterways.

Along the route Santa calls out personal greetings. To review the route see below. Happy Holidays!

Santa greetings open Nov 28th! Ho, ho, ho!
The 2025 Parade starts just outside the PYC Marina at 5:00 pm.
  • 4:45  – Boats leave the dock at Poulsbo Yacht Club
  • 5:00 – Parade starts, Rudolf & Santa Boat lead the procession to downtown Poulsbo
  • 5:15  – Boats head south, following the west side of Liberty Bay
  • 5:55 – Pass Keyport and cross to Manzanita Bay and through Agate Pass on the east side
  • 7:25 – Boats arrive at Suquamish dock then return back down the west side of Agate Pass
  • 8:05 – Pass Point Bolin and head north to Lemolo and the east side of Liberty Bay
  • 8:50 – Parade ends at Poulsbo Yacht Club

Free Carriage Rides throughout Downtown Poulsbo

Beginning 11/24, and Saturdays in December (12/1, 12/8, 12/15 & 12/22) enjoy the magical holiday activity of a horse drawn carriage ridge in Poulsbo tradition. Great fun for the kids, memories for a lifetime. The Horse carriage will be here during the Holidays on Saturdays only.

There is no charge to ride, but we are accepting shelf stable donations and monetary donations for NK Fishline. 100% of your donation goes directly to NK Fishline to help the less fortunate this holiday season, and for seasons to come.

Travels around downtown and waterfront. Pick up area in the back parking lot in front of Battlegrounds Coffee.

Yule Cup and Lighted Boat Parade
Presented by the Poulsbo Yacht Club and the Historic Downtown Poulsbo Association.  The boats cruise Liberty Bay, showing off their finest Christmas sparkle for a great family event.  Hot Cider and cookies are served in the pavilion. Poulsbo First Lutheran Church Community Christmas Concert

COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS CONCERT

PFLC Cathedral Choir, Poulsbo Elementary Chorus,
Bethany Lutheran Choir, NKHS Vocal Point

Poulsbo First Lutheran Church will present a Community Christmas Concert on Sunday, December 11th at 2:00 PM in the church sanctuary. Featured groups will include the PFLC Cathedral Choir and Bethany Lutheran Choir of Bainbridge, as well as two vocal groups from the North Kitsap Schools including Poulsbo Elementary Chorus and Vocal Point from NKHS.
Admission is free however suggested donations of unwrapped new toys and non-perishable food items are welcomed. These items will be donated to North Kitsap Fishline to benefit families in the immediate community. There will be coffee, hot cider and cookies available following the concert in the church Social Hall.

Kitsap Chordsmen Show “We Need A Little Christmas”

2:00PM Matinee and 7:00PM Evening shows.

Harmony Singing in 4-part Barbershop Style, and other styles, with humor and sentiment all wrapped in Christmas and holiday cheer.  The 25-man chorus, the West Sound’s best A Cappella chorus, will perform familiar and not-so-familiar carols and holiday songs, as will chapter quartets and guest performers.  Dramatic text will connect songs for a wonderful and heartwarming show to start your season.
