Shelter event only; All adopters will receive a flower seed packet with their adoption. There will also be a raffle of a potted flower basket donated by Olmsted’s Nursery! This event will take place at the Kitsap Humane Society from 12pm to 5:30pm. New Adoption Applications must be submitted by 4:30pm.
