Krumkaker: A Norwegian waffle cookie made of flour, butter, eggs and sugar. Cooked in a decorative two-sided iron griddle and infused with the aromatic spice of cardamom. ($1 ea or 6 for $5)
Lefse: A traditional soft flatbread made with potatoes, flour, butter, sugar and cream. It is cooked on a large, flat griddle. Special tools are used to prepare lefse, including long wooden turning sticks and special rolling pins with deep grooves. Six lefse are in this order. ($12)
