Operation Save Atlas: Harvest Dinner & Fundraising Gala
Join Bushel & Barrel Ciderhouse for a harvest dinner and fundraising gala benefiting Atlas, the ciderhouse’s beloved baby goat, who is scheduled for major surgery on November 10. All net proceeds support Atlas’s veterinary surgery and recovery.
The evening features a from-scratch, harvest-inspired dinner served family style at shared community tables. Each table begins with a farmhouse charcuterie board, including homemade herb-and-nut goat cheese balls, artisan cheeses, cured meats, seasonal fruit, and crackers. Guests then choose one of three entrées: a homestyle beef-and-rice stuffed bell pepper, a vegetarian stuffed pepper with mushrooms and wild rice, or a cider-braised pot roast with apple cider gravy. Every entrée comes with garlic mashed potatoes and herb-roasted vegetables, followed by a warm orchard apple crumble à la mode.
Earlier in the evening, a Paint & Sip session invites guests to paint an Atlas-inspired baby goat in a bushel of apples, with all supplies included.

- Guardian Angel VIP: $150 (painting, dinner, one drink, priority seating, an exclusive VIP gift, and special recognition)
No ticket is required to show your support. The community is welcome to stop by, enjoy a cider, and bid in the silent auction. Dinner seating is limited, so advance reservations are recommended.
