We all face adversity in life; emotional pain is an unavoidable part of being human. Whether big or small, transitional or inherent, collective or traumatic, some people bounce back and thrive while others do not. A very reasonable explanation revolves around an individual’s capacity to be resilient.
Everyone can learn to improve their own resiliency and coping skills by tapping into available contextual support systems. This course offers an overview of ways to navigate adversity in a healthy way.
