Halloween Afternoon Car Cruise

Owners: A Halloween afternoon cruise through downtown Poulsbo, WA. Costumes are optional and always enjoyed and appreciated, for you or your car! Bring the kids! Free. There will not be any stopping for “Trick or Treating” on this cruise.
Spectators: The cruise begins at the Viking Village Shopping Center parking lot (Rite Aid) and leaves at 3:00pm to cruise through downtown Poulsbo.
