Rainy Daze Brewing has built a bit of a cult following in the Pacific Northwest — and for good reason. Founded on an obsessive pursuit of what brewmaster Montoney calls “flavoration,” this Poulsbo taproom produces some of the most uniquely crafted beers in the region, drawing comparisons to something out of a fiction novel. Their award-winning Goat Boater IPA — a 2017 Peaks & Pints Washington’s Best IPA winner — is a standout, but the rotating tap list keeps things consistently interesting.
