Ofishel Jewelry is Poulsbo’s hometown jeweler, bringing warmth, expertise, and aloha spirit to North Kitsap since opening in November 2018. Owner Aaron Fishel began his jewelry career in 1999 working in his family’s color gemstone wholesale business, supplying jewelry stores across the country. In 2006 he earned his Graduate Gemology degree from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) — one of the most respected credentials in the industry. He’s also self-taught as a lapidary artist, meaning he can repolish and repair gemstones and restore their original brilliance in-house. Born and raised in Hawaii and a Washington resident since 1980, Aaron brings a genuine passion for quality Hawaiian jewelry that you won’t find in most Kitsap County shops.

Ofishel specializes in engagement rings and bridal jewelry, with collections from Ostbye and Ever & Ever, plus a curated diamond selection and wedding bands. The shop also carries Citizen and Obaku watches, estate jewelry, and Hawaiian pieces. Services include custom jewelry design, full jewelry repair, gemstone work, and watch battery replacement — appointments available for bridal consultations and custom projects.
