Norse City Boardroom is North Kitsap’s premier skate shop, carrying skateboards, fingerboards, clothing, and accessories at 279 NW Lindvig Way, Suite D in Poulsbo. Owner Kevin O’Brien — a lifelong skater who grew up in California — opened the shop in July 2018, naming it as a nod to Poulsbo’s deep Norse heritage. The “Boardroom” half of the name is a tribute to a beloved skate shop from his youth in Santa Cruz. It’s a fitting combination for Little Norway’s only dedicated skate destination.

The shop is more than a retail stop — it’s a community hub for skaters of all ages and skill levels across the Kitsap Peninsula. Kevin and the Norse City crew are actively involved in local skateboarding culture, running a blog for area skaters and leading grassroots efforts to bring a new, modern skate park to Poulsbo. The shop has partnered with organizations including Crossroads Rotary and the Suquamish Tribe in support of that vision. Online ordering and delivery are also available for those who can’t make it in person.

Located on NW Lindvig Way near Viking Ave — a short drive from downtown Front Street.
