A hidden gem tucked into a Poulsbo neighborhood, Mori Sushi & Bento has been serving fresh, beautifully presented Japanese and Korean cuisine since 2019. Three professional sushi chefs with over 20 years of combined experience craft an expansive menu that goes well beyond sushi — bento boxes, ramen, udon, yakisoba, poke bowls, teriyaki, and Korean dishes like japchae and bibimbap give the whole table something to love, even guests who don’t eat sushi. Signature rolls include the Poulsbo Roll (California roll topped with seared salmon), the Mori Roll, Cherry Blossom Roll, and a vegan roll with fresh and pickled vegetables.
