Field House is a market-to-table restaurant concept from the team behind Town & Country Markets, with a menu crafted by celebrated Seattle chef Ethan Stowell. The idea is simple and delicious: every dish is made using ingredients sourced directly from the T&C market right where you’re sitting. The Poulsbo location offers a full breakfast menu weekdays from 7–11am and weekends 7am–noon, lunch and dinner daily from 11am–8pm (noon on weekends), and an everyday BBQ menu from 11am–7pm. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite before shopping or settling in for a full meal, Field House brings thoughtful, locally sourced Pacific Northwest cooking to an approachable, casual setting.
