Description
Antiques in Poulsbo is a carefully curated single-vendor antique shop tucked just a couple of blocks off Front Street on Jensen Way — and it’s the kind of place that rewards collectors who know what they’re looking for. The inventory skews toward the sophisticated end of the spectrum, with a strong focus on Mid-Century Modern design, Arts and Crafts movement pieces, art pottery, and decorative art objects in excellent condition.
The shop carries an impressive selection of art glass, including Scandinavian, Blenko, and Murano Italian pieces, alongside art pottery from noted makers such as Rookwood, Roseville, Weller, Van Briggle, and Heath Ceramics. Northwest studio pottery is also well represented, with works by Robert Sperry and others. Beyond ceramics and glass, you’ll find vintage phones and typewriters, original artwork, teak trays and Scandinavian accessories, Dansk and Arabia dinnerware, vintage enameled cast iron cookware (Le Creuset and Cathrineholm), unusual barware, and a large collection of vintage restaurant ware.
Inventory turns over regularly and is also available through the shop’s Etsy store. Reviews consistently praise owner Steve for his deep knowledge, excellent taste, and genuinely friendly service — a real gem for antique lovers visiting Poulsbo.
