Happy Holidays! \n\nSanta greetings open Nov 28th! Ho\, ho\, ho!\n\n\n\nThe 2025 Parade starts just outside the PYC Marina at 5:00 pm.\n\n4:45  – Boats leave the dock at Poulsbo Yacht Club\n5:00 – Parade starts\, Rudolf & Santa Boat lead the procession to downtown Poulsbo\n5:15  – Boats head south\, following the west side of Liberty Bay\n5:55 – Pass Keyport and cross to Manzanita Bay and through Agate Pass on the east side\n7:25 – Boats arrive at Suquamish dock then return back down the west side of Agate Pass\n8:05 – Pass Point Bolin and head north to Lemolo and the east side of Liberty Bay\n8:50 – Parade ends at Poulsbo Yacht Club\n\nClick here for larger ROUTE MAP

DESCRIPTION:Valisblót (Valentine’s Viking Style) is a Poulsbo Sons of Norway Viking tradition that marks renewal\, the changing of the seasons\, and love. \nThe bonfire is a beacon of hope as the days grow longer\, as proclaimed during the ceremony. It’s a celebration attributed to Odin’s youngest son\, Vali. He is seen as a symbol of hope and renewal. \nThe Vikings take over Front Street and end at a bonfire on the waterfront at sunset. The roaring fire offers all present–Vikings and visitors–a time to look into the flames\, see the embers rise\, pause in their lives to reflect and appreciate our sweethearts\, and feel the warmth of the glowing fire.
