The main character\, Rahab\, learns a hard lesson when she is abandoned by her beloved Soviet regime. The two missionaries share the hope of Jesus to this dejected woman and a moving story of a revolution unfolds – a human heart turning to the ultimate truth\, Jesus Christ. \nThis production shows the Lord’s amazing plan of redemption working in the midst of unlikely places\, woven through life like a scarlet cord. \nBallet Magnificat!\, an arts organization dedicated to presenting the good news of Jesus Christ to the whole world and headquartered in Jackson\, MS\, was founded in 1986. Magnificat is Latin for “to magnify Him.” It is derived from “Mary’s Song” of praise in the 1st Chapter of the Gospel of Luke when she first learned she was to be the mother of the Messiah. While at Summer Faire\, add a side trip with a short trail walk and see the Shelter’s future home. \nAlthough dogs are welcome at the Summer Faire\, for the safety of the raptors and handlers\, we ask that you leave your dog(s) at home if you plan to visit the raptors. Dogs will not be permitted into the lodge or the tented area around the lodge. Thank you! DESCRIPTION:As many as 100 pirates boats are expected to show up for the 18th annual PNW Cruisers Party\, a pirate-themed rendezvous that draws attendees year after year with its raucous\, fun-loving vibe. \nWhile the event attracts mostly sailors\, it’s open to anyone and registration isn’t needed – just show up. \nThe party is an annual tribute to the cruising lifestyle\, a celebration of freedom with certain recurring elements including live music\, attendees decked out in pirate gear\, plenty of liquid refreshments and frequent cannon fire (pet owners beware). We’ll have blindfolded dinghy races\, pirate dance Saturday night with a best dressed pirate contest. Local ale on tap\, potluck dinner Saturday night on the docks. Vendors selling pirate gear. Possibly a piñata for the kids. And more. \nThe event gets underway Friday night with live music on the docks by local trop-rock favorite Dave Calhoun. \nAdmission is free. \nFull events agenda is coming soon.

DESCRIPTION:Pillage the Village will be a one day\, two round\, true amateur PDGA sanctioned C-Tier event held at Fredericksen Wilderness Park in Poulsbo\, WA. This will be a fundraising event for course improvements at Fredericksen W.P. Amateurs will receive players pack and compete for trophies. Pros will compete for cash and trophies. \nOFFICIAL WARNING:\nFredericksen W.P. is a rugged course with moderate to severe elevation change. This Pillage is not recommended for weak-willed and/or powerless\, fragile\, feeble individuals. The hike (yes\, hike) from the very small parking lot at tournament central to the first hole is approximately 1/4 mile. Tee pads are natural and primitive\, and the rough is very rough. Pillaging is often hard work\, so pillage at your own risk! \nPARKING (OR LACK THEREOF):\nParking will be VERY LIMITED. We highly recommend (beg of you!) to carpool. Unless you are one of the last few vehicles to arrive\, you will most likely be blocked in for the day. \nLUNCH:\nLunch opportunities are limited\, so we have that covered!
